Keen Eddie is an hour dramedy which looks upon the life of Eddie Arlette, who is a down-on-his-luck New York City police detective. Just dumped by his girlfriend, and is responsible for a drug bust gone bad. Eddie is sent to England to clean up the mess he made from his botched narcotics sting. He takes his dog Pete with him to England to start a new life.
